• Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Friday: Closed

If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, our office must be contacted during normal business hours at least 48 hours in advance. Please do not leave cancellation notifications on our answering machine; we need to speak with you in-person.
